Shipping Policy

I generally ship USPS or UPS for most items. I tend to "over package" the items, so they are protected, and arrive in the same way they leave the shop! Shipping on most items is FREE. On larger items items, shipping will be added to the cost. I currently only ship to the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since most items I make are custom, one of a kind pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Having said that, if there is a problem, please notify me of any problem and I will do my best to work it out with you. Things can get damaged, or not be correct, not fit, etc. Give me the opportunity to help "make it right'.
